List of Most Expensive Cars Brands in the World

1963 Ferrari 250 GTO $52M

1963 Ferrari 250 GTO $52M

Most Expensive Cars Brands : The Ferrari 250 GTO is a GT car which was produced by Ferrari from 1962 to 1964 for homologation into the FIA's Group 3 Grand Touring Car category. The numerical part of its name denotes the displacement in cubic centimeters of each cylinder of the engine, whilst GTO stands for "Gran Turismo Omologato", Italian for "Grand Touring Homologated." When new, the GTO commanded an $18,000 purchase price in the United States, and buyers had to be personally approved by Enzo Ferrari and his dealer for North America.

With its recent sale price of $52 million, it seems like the 1963 Ferarri 250 GTO ought to top out on this list. But it winds up as an honorable mention because you can’t actually buy one; it’s not just that you can’t afford it; there are none for sale. So how does this 50-year-old Italian stallion come to cost more than some countries? Well, for starters there are only 39 of them. So they are quite rare.

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento $2.2M

Lamborghini Sesto Elemento $2.2M

Most Expensive Cars : The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento ("Sixth Element" in Italian) is a two-door, two-seater, V10 high-performance lightweight limited edition car produced by Italian automaker Lamborghini, which debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show. The Sesto Elemento's name is a reference to the atomic number of carbon, in recognition of the car's extensive use of carbon fiber.

The Sesto Elemento is equipped with a 6-speed semi-automatic transmission with paddle shift and all wheel drive system, mated to a 5.2 litre V10 engine borrowed from the Gallardo, generating 578 PS (425 kW; 570 hp) and 540 N•m (400 lbf•ft) of torque. The chassis, body, drive shaft and suspension components are made of carbon fiber, reducing the overall weight to a mere 999 kilograms (2,202 lb), a weight comparable to subcompact cars such as a Honda Fit. It is the lightest car Lamborghini has ever produced. Lamborghini announced plans to make 20 Sesto Elementos for track use only in mid-2013.  All 20 have been sold. Reported price range from US$2.2 - 2.9 million.

Lamborghini Veneno $4M

Lamborghini Veneno $4M

Most Expensive Car : The Lamborghini Veneno is a limited production sports car, first exhibited during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. It is a show piece based on the Lamborghini Aventador and was built to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary. The prototype, Car Zero, is finished in grey and includes an Italian flag vinyl on both sides of the car. The engine is a development of the Aventador's 6.5 L V12 and produces 750 PS (552 kW; 740 bhp).

Only three production cars were produced, a green, white, and red one, each representing a colour of the Italian flag. Car Zero, which was the vehicle on display,[38] will be retained by the factory for the museum. The three production cars cost €3.12 million each, and all three were sold

Bugatti Veyron   $2.8M

Bugatti Veyron $2.8M

The Bugatti Veyron is getting to that point in its life where it can wax reflective and nostalgic. Thats where the Legend Meo Constantini comes in. Built to commemorate friend of Bugatti founder, and two time winner of the Targa Folorio – in a Bugatti 35.  Constantini was just the sort of aristocratic wack job that made early motor racing great, so its appropriate that Bugatti honored him with such a mental car.

Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster $1.8M

Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster $1.8M

So why should you pay half a million more for a Zonda than Pagani’s newer car the Huyara? For starters, the Zonda Cinque is made out of the most awesome materials known to man: carbon fiber and titanium. This makes it stronger and lighter than Delta Force. Seriously, it weighs less than a Mini Cooper but has an AMG V12 that produces 678 hp

Aston Martin One-77 $1.8M

Aston Martin One-77 $1.8M

Most Expensive Luxury Car : The Aston Martin One-77 is a two-door coupé built by Aston Martin. It first appeared at the 2008 Paris Motor Show, although the car remained mostly covered by a "Savile Row tailored skirt" throughout the show,[1] before being fully revealed at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show, and deliveries from the beginning of 2011. There was a limited run of 77 cars, giving part of the name of the One-77,[2][3] and sold for GB£1,150,000

Lamborghini Reventon $1.61M

Lamborghini Reventon $1.61M

The Lamborghini Reventón (Spanish pronunciation: [reβenˈton]) is a mid-engine sports car that debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show. It was the most expensive Lamborghini road car until the Lamborghini Veneno was launched, costing two million dollars (~€1.5 million, or ~£840,000).[1] Its top speed was recorded in Dubai, UAE at 221 miles per hour (355.7 km/h). The official press release stated that only 20 vehicles would be sold to the public,[2] with one additional car (marked as 00/20) produced for the Lamborghini Museum

Koenigsegg Agera R $1.6M

Koenigsegg Agera R $1.6M

The Agera R made its debut at the March 2011 Geneva Motor Show — with a ‘Speed Racer' livery theme, special Michelin tires and a Thule Roof Box – although its existence as a production car was already announced prior to this. It is in essence a special edition Agera, which runs on biofuel, rather than petrol. It can accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and reach a theoretical top speed of 443km/h (273 mph). The Agera R is one of the world's most expensive cars, with a price tag of $1.6-$1.7 million .

Pagani Huayra $1.3M

Pagani Huayra $1.3M

The Pagani Huayra (pronounced: wai-rah) is an Italian mid-engined sports car produced by Pagani. Succeeding the company's previous offering, the Zonda, it will cost £849,000[1] ($1,300,000). It is named after Huayra-tata, which means "God of the winds" in Quechua, the official language of the Inca Empire. The Huayra was named "The Hypercar of the Year 2012" by Top Gear magazine and received a very positive review when tested by Richard Hammond on Top Gear. The Huayra is currently the fastest road-legal and streetworthy car ever to go round the Top Gear Test Track, setting a time of 1 minute 13.8 seconds on street legal, Zonda R-derived Trofeo tyres, beating the previous record of 1 minute 15.1 seconds set by the Ariel Atom V8 in January 2011

Ferrari La Ferrari $1.3M

Ferrari La Ferrari $1.3M

LaFerrari (also known as the F70, and by its project name, F150) is a limited production hybrid sports car built by Ferrari. The car and its name were officially unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show. It is based on findings from testing of the Ferrari FXX and on research being conducted by the Millechili Project at the University of Modena. Association with the Millechili Project led to speculation during development that the car would weigh under 1,000 kg (2,205 lb), but a dry weight of 1,255 kg (2,767 lb) was claimed. Only 499 units will be built and each will cost more than ₤1 million.

World is a common name for the whole of human civilization, specifically human experience, history, or the human condition in general, worldwide, i.e. anywhere on Earth.
In a philosophical context it may refer to:
  • the whole of the physical Universe, or
  • an ontological world (see world disclosure).

In a theological context, world usually refers to the material or the profane sphere, as opposed to the celestial, spiritual, transcendent or sacred. The "end of the world" refers to scenarios of the final end of human history, often in religious contexts.

Some excellent supercars. I don’t know if I would ever want to own one, but I would love to test drive them for a day each.

I think you mean Cristal. Unless a Bottle of Crystal is a new thing

I dunno...I've never been a fan of Lamborghinis at the best of times, there's something kind of tacky about the design of them... Anyway, the front is FAR too close to the ground, and all the kerbs and speed bumps round here are FAR too high...so it would be undriveable. Not to mention that it would get nicked within five seconds in my postcode. OK, whew... just talked myself out of spending £3.3 million. I'll save up my pennies for an old E-type instead, or an old Aston Martin.

What a waste of money. Why not buy a 20 year old V12 Jaguar for £1000, stick a bigger turbo on it, and maybe add a 200bhp nitrous oxide system? Ok, it still won't be as fast, but it'll be as fun to drive. Probably.

Silly, For publicity only. Anyone blowing $5m on this one insignificant care is a fool. For that price you can own a Cessna Citation or a Learjet 60 and really go fast.

Suitable only for track use of course. Why these cars that will do 200 mph when the limit is only 70 mph. They should be fitt4ed with devices to limit the maximum speeds i most countries.

All cars already have speed limiters fitted ¿ they are called the accelerator pedal, you simply adjust it to drive within the road speed limits.
